- Breathing Exercise - Mindfulness Meditation
- Positive Visualisation - Relaxing Group Hypnosis
Each month we will learn a breathing exercise, practise some mindfulness meditation, complete a positive visualisation and participate in a relaxing and healing group hypnosis session (in which you just lay down and listen), based around the themes of stress reduction, relaxation and confidence.
Please bring your own yoga mats/ blankets/ cushions to make yourself comfortable as we will be lying down on the floor for most of the session. Places must be booked via the links below as this is not a drop-in class.

Natalie Fox DSFH AFSFH is a Psychotherapist and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. She is able to work with a variety of different clinical and social conditions.
