Hello. My name is Natalie Fox and I'm a Psychotherapist and a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. On this eight week course we will be looking at a different aspect of mindfulness each time we meet. Each lesson will comprise of learning the theoretical aspects of incororporating a mindful perspective into your lives and we will also be practicing our mindfulness meditation techniques. There will be some home meditation practice required in-between sessions.
Studies in mindfulness have proven it to be effective at coping with stress and anxiety, just like CBT and is one of the most researched mental health tools.
Use mindfulness and meditation for stress reduction and clear-thinking, anxiety reduction and to learn to be more aware of negative thinking patterns.
